(Q) How do I find the costumes and accessories I want?
(A) You can use the categories listing on the left hand side or the search box at the top of the page.
(Q) Is your website secure?
(A) Yes, we are very secure. We use Barclays as our Internet Merchant Account and Protx as our payment providers so we never see your card details.
(Q) I don’t know what size to order, what do you recommend?
(A) Costumes can accommodate a variety of sizes, in general it is better to buy a size larger as you can always easily adjust, turn up and tuck in.
(Q) Can I order the same costume in a number of sizes and return the ones I don’t want?
(A) We wouldn’t recommend this as you would have to pay all the postage costs for delivery and return as well as arranging the return’s authorisation. It would be much quicker, easier and cheaper to call us before making your order and we can advise you giving the measurements and information about the fit.
(Q) What happens if the product I buy does not fit?
(A) We always do our best to help you get the right item, all costumes and accessories (where appropriate) on our website are labelled clearly to show available sizes and as we have said we are more than happy to give advice over the phone. If however you don’t feel comfortable in the size you ordered just follow our return instructions and we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund. (Q) How do I take care of my costume?
(A) Although the label in your costume may state that it is suitable for machine wash cycle this often applies only to the main body and is exclusive of trims, prints, frills etc. As such we would recommend dry cleaning for all garments. Unfortunately we can not remedy any faults that happen because of a machine wash cycle regardless of what the label or packaging may state.
(Q) What should I do if the product I have received is faulty?
(A) If this does happen, please let us know as soon as possible and we can organise for the item to be returned for an exchange or refund. Please see our Terms & Conditions section for more info on this.

(Q) Can I cancel the order if it is no longer required?
(A) Yes, if notified within 72 hours. There will be a £15 administration charge levied.
(Q) What payment methods do you accept?
(A) We accept Visa, Switch, MasterCard, Eurocard, Delta, personal and company cheques (All cheques should be made payable to Carnival Store (UK) Ltd and include a valid cheque guarantee card) for payments.
(Q) What currencies do accept?
(A) Our prices are all given in Sterling and thus payment should normally be made in Sterling. If you do wish to make a purchase in Euros or Dollars please send us an email and you can be invoiced correctly.
